What helps us help you faster
When reporting a bug or odd behavior, include:
- Which tool you were using
- What you were trying to do
- What happened vs. what you expected
- Your browser and its version (Chrome 126, Safari 17, etc.)
- A small example file that reproduces the problem — redact sensitive data first, we don't need real production data to debug

If you're evaluating this tool for use with regulated data (PHI, PII, financial records), see our Privacy Policy. The short version: we never receive your data, so there's no data-processor relationship to worry about. For specific questions, email and we'll respond with anything your compliance team needs.

Not a support channel
Email is not 24/7 support. If you need an urgent CSV processed and the tool isn't working, you probably want a local solution you control — tools like LibreOffice Calc or a quick Python script. We'll happily help you figure out what's wrong with our tool so it works next time, but we can't guarantee rapid response.
